As they did, they passed by a rather forlorn and depressed-looking piece of paper. He was rolled up loosely and pinned across his chest was a button that read "BILL." He solemnly looked up to the scientists, but then rested his upper paper body on his arm and took up to humming about how he hoped and prayed that someday he may be a law.
